Terms and Conditions: Refunds and Cancellations
At iAMKWeirPhotography, we strive to provide the best experience and ensure your satisfaction with our photography services. To maintain clarity and professionalism, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
This deposit ensures your booking and covers initial preparations for your session.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice before your scheduled session.
If cancellations are made within the 72-hour notice period, the remaining balance (if paid) may be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for the non-refundable deposit under any circumstances.
Refunds for the remaining balance will only be provided if the cancellation meets the 72-hour notice requirement.
4. Turnaround Times
Digital images will be delivered within 7 business days of the session.
Physical prints or products will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session.
Delays caused by external factors (e.g., shipping or lab issues) will be communicated promptly.
5. Exceptions
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of iAMKWeirPhotography.
If the photographer is unable to fulfill the session due to illness or other emergencies, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6. Agreement
